How much is shipping, and how fast do orders ship?

Shipping is a flat $7 on orders under $30, $10 on orders from $30 to $59.99, and free on orders of $60 or more. We ship Monday through Friday, and orders typically go out within 5 business days.

Can I order online and pick up at the shop?

Yes! Choose local pickup at checkout and we'll have your order ready at our Rothschild shop — pickup orders are typically ready within 2 to 4 days.

Where is your shop, and when are you open?

You'll find us at 14 Brown Blvd, Rothschild, WI 54474 — about 10 minutes south of Wausau. Shop hours are Monday and Tuesday 3:30–6:00 pm, Friday 12:00–6:00 pm (closing at 5:00 pm every other Friday), and Sunday 10:00 am–2:00 pm. We're closed Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday except for special events. See our Visit Our Shop page for directions and more.

What are your soaps made with?

Our goat milk soaps are handmade in small batches in Rothschild, Wisconsin with organic oils and butters, goat's milk from small Midwest farms, and ground oats. Each bar is fully cured so it lasts longer in the shower.

I have an allergy — how can I check whether a product is safe for me?

Ingredient information is on each product page, and our soaps are made with coconut oil and goat's milk, so please check before ordering if either is a concern for you. If you need to confirm an ingredient in a specific product — coconut, fragrance, essential oils, or anything else — email us at littlebullfallssoapworks@gmail.com or call (715) 846-2555 and we'll check the exact product for you.

Are your soaps vegan?

No — our signature bars are made with goat's milk, so they aren't vegan, and our Tallow Shampoo Bar contains tallow. If you need to avoid a specific ingredient, ask us and we'll confirm what's in the exact product you're looking at.

Do you sell wholesale, white label, or private label?

We do! We offer wholesale, white label, and private label goat milk soaps, soy candles, and body care for boutiques, gift shops, salons, and spas. Do you have gift sets or gifts for clients and events?

How does the monthly subscription box work?

Boxes are billed monthly and ship out the first week of each month — please order by the 5th of the month to get that month's box. Every box has a minimum value of $30 and includes an exclusive soap plus other handmade goodies. You can pause or cancel anytime from your customer account.
